Silver Bark Texture Cuff

This particular piece is a bright hand made silver textured cuff, inspired by the mid century designs of silver smith Gerald Benney. 

I applied a bark texture by hand through hammering, and then polished to a high shine. The valleys and peaks glitter in light wonderfully. The interior is polished to a mirror finish for comfort and contrast. After polishing, it was carefully formed around a steel mandrel to give it the wearable shape.

The silver I used is Argentium silver (930), which is a modern, bright and tarnish resistant. 

It weighs over 100 grams, and so has a good weighty feel to it. 

This is a bold cuff handmade by me for the concept Timeloop Jewelry, and is designed to be noticed. 

The dimensions shown here would suit a larger wrist, but I can make this piece to order for other sizes, just get in touch.
