All jewelry here is made by me, Martin, in my home studio in Canterbury UK.

My store is called Timeloop Jewelry because I design pieces inspired by the past, present and future.

I love crafting pieces that are bold, striking and make a statement. They are for everyone.

Handcrafted in the UK

Each piece is unique and hand crafted, by me, over many hours and you won't find them anywhere else. I hold a small amount of some pieces, but mostly I will make pieces to order so the sizing is right, like rings and cuffs.

Silver Work

I like to work in Argentium silver. Most silver sold Sterling silver and is marked '925', this is a purity rating, Sterling silver has some copper and nickel in it to make it more resilient in use, but this also causes it to tarnish more easily. Argentium silver is a modern silver allow that contains Germanium instead of copper, it stays brighter, tarnishes less and is hypoallergenic. People with an allergy to Sterling silver will likely not have issues wearing Argentium silver.

Hallmarked

My jewelry is Hallmarked by the Goldsmiths London Assay office, this is a GUARANTEE of metal quality and purity, and is special to the UK. This adds to the future resale value, as the items are traceable back to my studio.

My makers initials are 'MBE' in a parallelogram.

This year (2024) is King Charles coronation and there is an additional mark for this.

I am also registered as an Argentium silvermaker, and there is an additional hallmark, the 'winged unicorn', which is awesome.
